THE SPACE The ground-level entertainment zone is the centerpiece: a festive tiki bar with outdoor sink and built-in seating, a 7-person hot tub with string lights overhead, covered patio, cornhole, picnic table, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. When the sun goes down, this is where everyone ends up. Inside, the main living area is open and bright with ocean views, a large smart TV, and comfortable seating for the whole group. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook for a crowd, full-size appliances, plenty of counter space, and a dining area that seats everyone together. The wraparound deck on the upper level faces the water directly. Morning coffee up here never gets old. • No pets • No smoking indoors (outdoors is fine, just please clean up after!) • No large gatherings, parties or special events • Maximum of 14 people are allowed at the property • Minimum renter age is 18. • No guests allowed who aren’t on the reservation • Max 5 cars can fit in driveway, any more will be difficult to maneuver on the property

HOUSE RULES AND IMPORTANT INFO • Shower dispensers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. If you have allergies or prefer specific products, please bring your own. • This is a home, not a hotel. While I’ll do my best to resolve any issues quickly, please note that no one is living on-site 24/7. • Regular pest control helps keep critters out, but being in nature means insects and rodents are part of the environment. Keeping doors and windows closed is the best way to prevent them from coming inside. • A starter pack including toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, soap, a sponge, and makeup remover is provided. This may not cover your entire stay, so for any extra or preferred items, please visit The Big Store or Valero’s Corner Store. • For your safety and the security of the property, there is an exterior security camera monitoring the front driveway, as well as the top of the stairs/front door. It records video and audio. Tampering with, covering, or disabling the camera is strictly prohibited and may result in early termination of your reservation without refund.
