HOUSE RULES & IMPORTANT INFO • Mountain Roads: You're here for the mountain views—and they come with mountain roads! While the roads to the cabin are paved, they can be steep, narrow, and slippery, especially when wet or snowy. We strongly recommend a 4WD/AWD vehicle with good tires, especially in winter months. No refunds will be issued due to vehicle issues related to road conditions. • Wildlife Warning – You’re in Nature! This is bear country! The woods are home to all kinds of wildlife, including bears that aren’t shy around people and are always on the lookout for food. Do not leave anything with a scent (food, cosmetics, etc.) in your vehicle. Bears have been known to break into cars. Trash must be stored inside the cabin or in the provided bearproof containers. Keep doors and windows closed when you're not using them to help keep nature where it belongs—outside! • Shower Amenities: Shower dispensers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. If you have allergies or specific product preferences, we recommend bringing your own. • This is a home, not a hotel: While we strive to address any issues quickly, please keep in mind that no one is living on-site full-time. We’ll do our best to help as soon as possible if anything comes up. • Starter Supplies Provided: You'll find a starter pack of: Toilet paper Paper towels Dishwasher pods Laundry pods Dish soap + sponge These may not be enough for your full stay, depending on your group size.
