HOUSE RULES & IMPORTANT INFO • Wildlife in the Poconos: You’re in nature! Do not leave food, trash, or scented items in your car. Keep doors/windows closed when not in use. • Shower Amenities: Dispensers with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. Bring your own if you have preferences. • Starter Supplies Provided: Includes TP, paper towels, dish/laundry pods, soap + sponge. For longer stays, you may need extras (stores nearby). • This is a Home, Not a Hotel: We do our best to respond quickly, but there’s no on-site staff. • Security Camera Disclosure: For your safety and the security of the property, there are exterior security cameras monitoring both sides of the house, as well as the front door and the back deck. It records video and audio, for a total of four. Tampering with, covering, or disabling the camera is strictly prohibited and may result in early termination of your reservation without refund. SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $400 security deposit will be held to cover damage above and beyond normal cleaning • Minimum Age of the Renter is 25 • Township Registration # 021258
