THE SPACE Vaulted ceilings and natural light fill the main living area — open layout with a comfortable sitting room, gas fireplace, dining table for the whole group, and a fully stocked kitchen. Warm, spacious, and designed to feel like a real home, not a rental. The backyard is the real draw: a full-size putting green, 7-person hot tub, and gas firepit — with Red Rock views framing the entire scene. The covered patio extends your outdoor living space for al fresco meals, morning coffee, and long evenings under the stars. A gas grill is ready whenever you are. HOUSE RULES AND IMPORTANT INFO • Shower dispensers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. If you have allergies or prefer your own products, please feel free to bring them. • Please remember this is a home, not a hotel. If any issues come up, I’ll do my best to help quickly, but no one is on-site 24/7. • We have regular pest control to keep critters outside, but since this is the desert, you may still encounter insects or small rodents. The best way to keep them out is to keep doors and windows closed. • A starter pack with toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, soap, a sponge, and makeup remover is provided. This is to help you get started but may not last the entire stay. For extras or specific brands, local stores like CVS and Safeway are nearby. • For everyone’s safety, there is an exterior security camera recording video and audio of the front driveway area. Tampering with, covering, or disabling the camera is not allowed and could lead to early cancellation of your reservation without a refund. • The City of Sedona requires a background check for the person who books the stay. After booking, you’ll get an email from Truvi with simple instructions to complete this step.
